15 1/4 oz canned corn, drained
14 3/4 oz creamed corn
8 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter melted
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, stir together corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and butter.
Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Bake for 45 min. or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and top with cheddar cheese.
Return to oven 5 - 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
Let stand for 5 min. Serve warm.
