Mexican Rice

1 1/3 cup chopped onion
2 cups chopped green bell peppers
1 Tbsp reduced calorie margarine
2 1/2 cups uncooked brown and white rice
2 cups canned tomatoes with chipotle peppers
2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
3 cups water

Saute' onion and bell peppers until tender. Stir in 2 cups brown and wild
rice and 1/2 cup white rice, tomatoes, seasonings and 3 cups water. Simmer
uncovered 20 minutes or until liquid is  absorbed and rice is cooked.
