Spinach Salad Dressing

2 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp salt
2Tbsp butter (melted)
2 tsp mustard
8 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Melt butter, combine rest of ingredients
Sprinkle bacon bits or crumbled bacon on chopped spinach. Add dressing.
