1 Box orange jello
2 cups water divided
1 box white chocolate instant pudding
1 can mandarin oranges drained
8 oz fat-free cool whip
Mix and dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1 cup cold water and let sit 5 minutes. Using electric mixer beat in pudding and mix until well combined. Fold in oranges and cool whip. Chill.
