1 pkg orange jello
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup boiling water
8 oz crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp lemon Juice
1 cup carrots shredded
1/3 cup pecans chopped
Dissolve jello with salt in boiling water. Add pineapple and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in carrots and pecans. Pour into casserole dish. Chill until set.
