Crunchy Pea Salad

2 pkgs frozen peas thawed
2 cups celery sliced
1 cup radishes chopped
1/2 cup scallions thin sliced
1 1/2  cup fat-free sour cream
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine vegetables. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables and chill.
